Our logo is a VERY difficult color to match, but with their Pantone matching option, I was absolutely THRILLED when I received the final product – they nailed it. We ordered the custom DF Satin Tier 1 premium ribbon – the logo is crisp, clean lines, bright (and accurate) color, and the durable ribbon feels like a dream. I cannot find a single flaw. Also important to note, they are consistent. After having received my second order today, I can confidently say that they remain consistent in quality and customer service. Thirty Seven West was the only place I found that did double color printing on ribbons. I had a very tight deadline to get the ribbon and Jenna and Linda went above and beyond to make sure they met that deadline. Their attention to detail and customer service was so personalized, that when the order was placed, I had full confidence they would get the job done. When I received the product, I was extremely happy. It looked amazing! I highly recommend Thirty Seven West.

Finding the right person do our ribbon was hard,many places did have quality control or be able to handle our specific need. we ordered our ribbon and the it was better than we expected even in a very tight turn around. For two years in a row this ribbon has made our christmas gifts more personalized and elegant.

Most of the time, the problem with these custom items is lack of artistic and quality control. Not the case with these guys. Communication and quality checks were strong throughout the process. While they are probably the most flexible and capable of the vendors I talked to about my ribbon, they were also the most honest about what they could not do - which is refreshing. Not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
